Gabriel Stancu (Jurist)
Gabriel has worked for about a decade for the Romanian border police/coast guard, covering activities of border control, illegal immigration, public order, armed operations, organised crime investigations and cross border crime.
He is licensed in Law with Spiru Haret university since 2011, but he truly sharpened his legal experience during the border police/coast guard career.
In 2013 he moved to London, where in 2017 he litigated successfully in Intellectual Property against the global law firm Squire Patton Boggs, winning the registration of a trademark on the same class as the opponent’s trademark. This was a very difficult case to litigate in a UK court, especially against one of the biggest law firms in the world.
He also represented cases successfully against the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in the UK against the Department for Work and Pensions and local councils.
Gabriel is specialised in criminal, commercial, civil and intellectual property law, and court representation in Romania and the UK.
He is the author of “Individual Legal Action – In the Context of a Constantly Changing and Increasingly Vast Legal Framework which Favours the Brave and the Bold” (release in 2025).
Gabriel has been a private hire driver in London since April 2019.
Iulian Stancu (Assistant Jurist)
Iulian has worked for the Romanian border police/coast guard, covering activities of border control, illegal immigration, public order, armed operations, organised crime investigations and cross border crime.
He is licensed in International Affairs (Business) with Ovidius university since 2010.
In 2013 he moved to London, where in 2017 he helped Gabriel litigate successfully in Intellectual Property against the global law firm Squire Patton Boggs, winning the registration of a trademark on the same class as the opponent’s trademark. This was a very difficult case to litigate in a UK court, especially against one of the biggest law firms in the world.
Iulian is specialised in sales, business development, marketing, trademark design and registration, civil, criminal, commercial and Intellectual Property law, and court representation in Romania and the UK.
In April 2024, Iulian has spoken in New York during a blockchain event about the must needed decentralised legal framework behind the decentralised digital ID, next to lawyers from the largest law firms in the United States. You can watch part of the interview here.
He is the author of “This is my Electronica,” “Kiss the Girl Save the World Kill the Baddie,” “Coming and Going,” and of “Dude where’s my Ride?” (study about the fall of the private hire industry in the UK due to overregulation and proven conspiracy). He is writing under “Julian Stan” and “ark:dian” pseudonyms.
Iulian has been a private hire driver in London since January 2018.
Gabriel and Iulian are strong believers in individual legal action and avoiding organising yourself under the cover of a union, which is the biggest mistake you can make when asking for your rights to be respected and remunerated. Unions are being run by individuals and entities you do not know nor understand, whom do not have your personal interests and needs at heart, but only their own or someone else’s agendas.
Having worked for the government, the two brothers have extensive experience with unions, their purpose and who is running them, and this is why they do not recommend joining one. They strongly believe it is detrimental to your personal cause when fighting for your rights and liberties.
